What Will You be Doing

Be the architect for complete end-to-end products

Visualize, design, specify and implement APIs between backend and frontend

Ensure that applications are built with performance and scalability in mind

Build and nurture a top-notch team of developers

Be up-to-date on software technologies and drive adoption within the company

Create and manage best practices of Agile development methodologies

Keep the development team focused and motivated to deliver high-quality products

Drive quality as a fundamental aspect of any software, including Test-Driven Development

Be a hands-on individual contributor in addition to being a leader

Lead by example, and create a vibrant culture of responsibility, performance, and quality

What are we Looking For

8+ years of relevant work experience.

Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design.

Exceptional coding and design skills with a passion for producing high-quality code.

Having built multiple applications that have scaled to millions of users

Expert-level knowledge of MEAN / MERN stack development

Strong experience in optimizing data using SQL & NoSQL databases

Command over deploying scalable applications on AWS

Creating a fast-paced, high-performance environment for top developers

Proven ability to balance rapid prototyping with long-term design/development

The knack to crack bugs that don’t have solutions on Google

Natural leadership qualities to command respect from the team and get all developers in the team aligned
